1. ATTENDANCE
a) Each Academic year/semester shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of calculating attendance.

b) Students shall attend such lecture and laboratory classes as well as seminars, if any, during each academic year as the college/Department may prescribe and shall not absent themselves from academic work without adequate reasons.

c) A student shall be considered to have completed an academic year/semester, if he/she attended not less than 75% of the number of working days comprising the course, both theory & practical during the said academic year; and if his/her conduct & progress have been satisfactory.

d) Students who do not satisfy the requirement of attendance, shall not be permitted to appear for the University examination and will be detained in the same class.

e) Monthly shortage of attendance will be notified on the College Notice board on 5th of the succeeding month.

Note:
On admission each student is required to sign an Undertaking to the effect, that he/she will not be eligible to appear for the University examination, if he/she fell short of attendance beyond the condonable limit.

2. EXAMINATIONS
The college conducts two tests and two class examinations and preparatory examination before the final examinations by the Bangalore University
